The 2009 Get Together will be held at The Bluefield Elks Club 1501 Whitethorn Street starting with a 5 PM Happy Hour followed with dinner at 6:30PM. After dinner there will be plenty of time to get reacquainted with your classmates in the lounge area or outside deck area of the Elks. 

 

We will also be offering breakfast on Sunday morning at Bob Evans in Bluefield VA approximately one mile from the Elks Club.

 

You are welcome to attend any one of the three weekend functions. If you are not interested in dinner feel free to come to the Elks before or after dinner. If you are unable to come to the Elks Saturday night, catch up with everyone for breakfast on Sunday morning.

 

COSTS: We will not collect any payment for the Get Together prior to Saturday July 11^th. Dinner at the Elks Club and breakfast at Bob Evans will be ordered from the menu. This will allow you to have a variety of items available to choose from. You pay for only the food and drinks that you order. Depending on the number of people attending the Get Together we might have a private dining room available for us at the Elks Club.
